CH Creation for Social (Canva) Show Notes

canva clubhouse show notes Mar 05, 2021
In the session over on clubhouse we spoke about how to batch create your content ready for you to create in Canva.

If you haven't already, make sure you go over and join my free membership where you will see the three main worksheets that accompany the session.

  1. brainstorming session
  2. Quarterly content Plotter
  3. The content and umbrella

First of all, we discussed how to get everything out of your brain and onto the brainstorming session sheet. On the right-hand side of the sheet, you will see a place for you to start pulling over all of the main pieces of primary content ready for the content umbrella.

Secondly, use the quarterly content plot up to plot any important dates, these could be launch dates, special memorial day (that you follow) anything that you need to put into the diary and create posts around.

Next, you're going to start to fill in your content umbrella.

At the top, you're going to think about what goal you are going a set for your content, this could be a lead magnet, book a phone call or it could be buying a product, but you have to be clear on the conversion goal.

Then you are going to select what your content medium is going to be, this could be a blog, vlog, Live stream video.

Next step - pull over some of your brainstormed ideas into the primary content sections.

Finally, think about the supporting and stripped content and place it in the micro-content section.

We then moved onto CANVA
